- work with partner schools and organisations, to enhance the quality of our curriculum across all subjects, with a particular focus on improving attainment in English and Maths, and increasing the number of greater depth learners in these subjects.
- improve leadership across the school, focussing on the areas identified in our last Inspection e.g. Subject Leadership and Leadership of Early Years.
- develop innovative and specialist provision for pupils with SEND, particularly for pupils with the most complex needs e.g. in the Specialist Resource Base (SRB) and Enhanced Specialist Provision (ESP).
- embed our school vision and values (Respectful Owl, Resilient Owl, Caring Owl and Achieving Owl) within our day-to-day practice and across the curriculum.
- explore ways of further enhancing Safeguarding across the school, with a particular focus on improving attendance (monitoring and developing strategies to improve overall attendance).
